Citizens and City staff submitted 283 total requests during August 2014. This was a 59% decrease over July’s 693 calls. This decrease was a welcome respite from July. The chart below tracks the number of requests recorded each day by staff.
Citizens using the mobile phone application, SeeClickFix, reported 32 (11%) of the issues.
The Forestry Section received 76 (27%) of the service requests. The Sewer Section received 72 (25%) miscellaneous requests and 23 (8%) sewer calls for a total of 95 (33.6%). The most frequent call was to request tree inspections with a total of 22 (8%) requests. The second most frequent call was to request tree pruning with 18 (6%). In third place, was the request to pick up miscellaneous debris with 17 (6%) calls.
