The Fire Department Life Safety Division completed final inspections for occupancy at two projects in Champaign. The first is a fourteen story high-rise building at 519 E. Green St. This building features commercial space on the first floor, three floors for a parking garage, and ten floors of apartments. The building permit was issued in August of 2013. The second project is a five story building named The Quarters at 11 E. Columbia. This building features first floor parking with four stories of apartments. The building permit for this building was issued in March of 2014.
