Stark Excavating is widening the approaches to the bridge on Windsor Road over I-57. Construction began on April 1 and will be complete on October 15, 2014. It’s required that the road be open for traffic on August 15, 2014. Stark is currently constructing the foundation for the retaining walls. Due to the existing development, retaining walls will be constructed on three of the four approach quadrants to the bridge.
