On Monday, September 10, 2012, Western Utility temporarily closed one northbound lane of Randolph Street between White Street and Clark Street in order to place fiber optic conduit for the UC2B project. The lane closure began on Monday, September 10, 2012, and will reopen by Friday, September 14, 2012 at 3 p.m. Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
