Windsor Road Lane Closures to Complete Pavement Repairs
Due to pavement failures, the City of Champaign has closed the two westbound lanes of Windsor Road, between First Street and Neil Street.
Two-way traffic will be maintained by using the eastbound lanes. A contractor is being secured to complete the emergency repairs.
The work is expected to be complete this week, weather dependent, the goal is to reopen by Thursday, May 31.
The City encourages motorists to pay close attention to construction signs and remain alert in work areas.
