Stark Excavating continues to make progress towards the project completion. The construction of curb and gutter, on the last stage of Hazelwood, has been completed. The proposed pavement on Hazelwood will be installed by the end of next week, weather permitting. Currently, Stake is installing the 10-foot combination sidewalk and bike path along the west side of Fourth Street. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
