In order to complete a water main valve repair, Illinois American Water has closed one southbound lane of Neil Street at Eureka Street. The lane closure began on Friday, March 15, 2013, and will reopen by Friday, March 22, 2013. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All efforts will be made to reopen to traffic as soon as possible.
