Also on Monday, September 10, 2012, Western Utility will be closing Clark Street just west of Neil Street in order to place UC2B fiber optic conduit to Christie Clinic. The road closure began on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, and will reopen by Friday, September 14, 2012, at 3 p.m. Clark Street will remain open for local traffic at Randolph Street.
