Thank you for your interest in purchasing validation stamps for the Hill Street Parking Deck. Each book of stamps contains 30 stamps that are each good for two hours of parking in the Hill Street Parking Deck. The cost of each booklet is $34.50 ($45 value). Stamps can also be purchased at the Hill Street Parking Deck, located at 123 W Hill Street, using cash, check or credit card.

Stamps can only be used during hours the parking deck is staffed (7am – 11pm, Monday through Friday). Stamps can be used only at the manned cashier booth, located on the north side of the garage. To use the stamps you will pull a ticket upon entering the parking deck, you will then affix the appropriate number of stamps to your ticket, as you exit through the cashier booth, you will give the attendant your ticket with the stamps on it.

Once you complete the form, someone from the Hill Street Parking Deck will contact you during business hours.  Please have a credit card on hand. The City of Champaign accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only. Stamps will not be processed until payment is received.

Upon completion of payment, staff will deliver the stamps to the OLLI office.
