At the October 4, 2016 Study Session, Council directed staff to release a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Future Plaza Placemaking Plan and Preliminary Design for the City-owned parking lot at Neil and Washington Streets.  Twenty firms responded to the RFQ.  At the March 14, 2017 Study Session, City Council will discuss entering into a contract with the selected firm to complete the project.
