About the Commission
The Plan Commission acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council. It discusses and reviews various land-use and related issues. It also considers preliminary and final subdivision plats, zoning changes, and annexation agreements.
The Commission consists of seven members and two alternates. All are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. Each member is appointed to a three-year term.

These documents are divided into two collections:
- The current collection includes meeting documents from 2026 to the present. Files available to view and download. Sharing functions not currently supported.
- The archive collection contains documents from 2002 through 2025.
Please note: the archive collection includes documents created between 2002 and 2025. In 2026, changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act went into effect, implementing more stringent accessibility standards for newly created web content. Archived content created prior to 2026 are exempted from meeting these new standards and may not be fully accessible.
