The Police and Human Resources Departments are please to announce the 2021-2024 Police Sergeant Promotional Testing process successfully concluded on February 5, 2021. Along with Stanard & Associates, Inc., both departments diligently worked to effectively adopt the testing process to meet COVID-19 safely guidelines. This team effectively managed to coordinate, communicate and facilitate a safe onsite written exam and an efficient virtual assessment center.
Thirteen police officers completed the sergeant promotional testing process and will be placed on the 2021-2024 Police Sergeant Promotional Eligibility list to be considered when sergeant vacancies occur in the department. Once the Eligibility list is finalized, Human Resources will presented it to the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for approval.
