Citizens and City staff submitted 283 total requests during October 2014. This was a 1% increase from September’s 279 calls. The chart below tracks the number of requests recorded each day by staff.
Citizens using the mobile phone application, SeeClickFix, reported 16 (6%) of the issues.
The Sewer Section responded to 55 (19%) miscellaneous requests and 69 (24%) sewer-related calls for a total of 124 (44%) service requests. The Forestry and Asphalt Sections were close with 30 and 36 calls respectively. Electrical had a total of 26 requests. The most frequent call was for pick up dead animal(s) with a total of 28 (10%) requests. The second most frequent call was for pothole repair with 27 (10%). In third place, was sewer backup with 26 (9%) calls.
