In order to replace pavement from a water main break, Illinois American Water will close one westbound lane of University Avenue between Fifth Street and Fourth Street. The lane closure will begin on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 and will reopen by Friday, November 22, 2013. Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All efforts will be made to reopen to traffic as soon as possible.
