On November 8, 2025, the Ashland Park HOA held a neighborhood cleanup event to remove litter and debris from their north Pond at Olympian Drive and Prospect Ave. Litter sticks, buckets and gloves were borrowed from the Neighborhood Relations Division Engagement Trailer. Several neighbors volunteered their time to collect 12 bags of litter from the pond. This was the last in a series of multiple cleanup events held over several months allowing the Ashland Park neighbors to tackle litter clean up in several small jobs. The group was happy to be able to complete all their scheduled litter clean up events before the cold weather and snow moved in.
