Saluting Branches is a national day of service where tree care professionals volunteer their time and expertise to care for trees and landscapes at properties dedicated to veterans. This effort makes a meaningful impact on both the environment and the communities it touches. By maintaining trees and landscapes, volunteers help improve the appearance and safety of properties that stand as important symbols of our nation’s history and service.
The City’s five arborists, their supervisor, and a Yard Waste Maintenance Worker proudly participated at Camp Butler National Cemetery, providing tree care in honor of the men and women who served our country.
