In order to complete water service work at 1410 N. Neil Street, A&R Services will close one northbound lane of Neil Street between Bellefontaine Street and Kenyon Road. The closure will occur on Monday, September 15, 2025, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., weather permitting. During the closure, northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
