The Public Works Department will soon install three “No Parking in Cul-De-Sac” signs to the Holts Drive cul-de-sac off Phillips Drive to accommodate an MTD Paratransit Vehicle. The MTD vehicle typically turns around in the cul-de-sac, but it has been unable to do so due to parked vehicles. This situation has forced the MTD driver to sometimes back all the way out of Holts Drive onto Phillips Street. To resolve this issue, parking in the cul-de-sac at the end of Holts Drive will be prohibited in the near future.
