It does not appear that the number of tenant inspection cases will exceed last year’s record high of 374, but it is likely that the number will exceed 300 for the year. 19 tenant inspection requests have been received in the first 11 days of October. The cooler weather has already resulted in some tenant inspection requests due to a lack of heat. It is expected that this will continue as the temperatures continue to decline.
