In order to perform storm sewer repairs, SNC Construction will be closing one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue at the intersection of State Street. Traffic through the work zone will be merged into a single westbound lane. All travel at the intersection will remain open to traffic.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
