Champaign Police Department Accepting Entry-Level and Experienced Police Officers
The City of Champaign is currently accepting applications for entry-level and experienced police officers to join the Champaign Police Department. Dedicated to providing service through trust, integrity and respect, we seek diverse, committed individuals to support and proudly serve the residents and visitors of Champaign.
Interested candidates are encouraged to attend the upcoming Police Officer Recruitment Information Session to meet and greet with current officers, hear more about the Department, and have any questions you may have answered.
The Recruitment Information Session will be held Tuesday, Jan 24, 2017, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Champaign Public Library.

The application deadline for entry-level officers is February 10, 2017. Applications for lateral police officers are accepted year-round.
