In order to perform asphalt street repairs, the Public Works Department will close one lane of traffic in each direction on Kirby Avenue between First Street and Fourth Street. The work will begin on Tuesday, September 11 at 9 a.m. and is planned to be completed by 4 p.m.
Please pay close attention to construction signs and traffic control devices. Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible. The City of Champaign thanks you for your cooperation and patience during this construction season.
