The State Farm Center will be conducting major electrical work over the weekend. To accomplish this, electricity will be turned off at the facility. This power outage will affect traffic signals on Kirby Avenue at First Street and Fourth Street. These two intersections will be converted to four-way stops starting at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2014 until approximately 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2014. Message boards will be placed in advance of the intersections to alert travelers of the four-way stop.
The City appreciates the cooperation of residents and visitors during this time. The use of alternate routes is encouraged, if possible.
