As part of the City’s 2013 Concrete Street Maintenance Project, the pavement on Seaton Court from Harrington Drive to the cul-de-sac on the north end will be reconstructed. The City’s contractor for the project, GM Sipes Construction, will begin work, weather permitting, Monday, June 17, 2013.
The contractor will provide a flagger as needed to help direct traffic. Please be aware that there will also be temporary lane closures adjacent to the work while the new concrete is being placed. Seaton Court will remain open to local and emergency traffic only.
This work involves patching of the existing concrete pavement, complete replacement of some portions of the pavement, sidewalk repairs, and lawn restoration.
