In order to replace pavement from an emergency water main break, Illinois American Water will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The lane closure began on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, and will reopen by Friday, January 11, 2013. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. All efforts will be made to reopen to traffic as soon as possible.
