The City’s Municipal Electric Aggregation program has moved forward with the enrollment of thousands of residents and small commercial businesses. Although the opt-in deadline has passed, customers that would like to enroll can either call the Integrys Energy call center at 888-491-1362 or opt-in online at: www.integrysenergy.com/optintochampaign. Welcome letters from Integrys Energy Services will be mailed out to new aggregation members, this letter confirms enrollment into the program. Ameren will also be mailing out letters to confirm Integrys Energy Services as the electric supplier. City staff and Integrys Energy Services expect to continue to field inquiries from residents and small businesses about both the opt-in and opt-out processes. We are and continue to be ready and eager to respond to citizen inquiries about the program.
