There have been 54 properties acquired in Bristol Place; 23 residents have been relocated, and 15 properties have been demolished with 10 properties under contract. The Bristol Neighborhood has been very busy with demolitions this week. Miller Enterprises started demolishing two properties and C.E.R.E, a new contractor, also began demolition on two properties in Bristol Place.

During the February 25 regular board meeting, the Housing Authority of Champaign County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved extending the Bristol Place Phase I Intergovernmental Agreement. This extension is for one year with the original terms of the agreement still in place.
