Freedom of Information Act

Every public body is required to permit inspection or copying of any requested records that are subject to disclosure under the State’s Freedom of Information Act. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for public records maintained by the City of Champaign, Champaign Police, METCAD 9-1-1, or the Champaign Public Library can be made online using the City’s FOIA Portal.
