We Want to Hear from You

There are lots of different ways for residents and visitors to provide us with feedback.

Recognize the Work of an Extraordinary City Employee

Have you noticed a City of Champaign employee going above and beyond the call of duty when serving the public?  Consider submitting a “Champaign TOAST” to that employee using the link below.  TOAST stands for “Thanks for your Outstanding Act of Service Today” and is a staff recognition program we have implemented so members of the public can easily recognize the good work done by a City employee.  The employee and his/her supervisor will be notified of your recognition.

The City of Champaign values the input of our residents and visitors, and commonly surveys the public on various topics.

The Champaign City Council has begun the process to set Council Goals for 2019-21.  Before they meet later this fall to establish those goals, the City Council welcomes the public’s input on the current and future needs of our community.  Please click the link below to take the Council Goal survey.  All responses will be provided to the City Council to consider in advance of their goal-setting meetings.  Take the City Council Goal Survey
