In order to repair storm sewer and complete associated pavement patching, A&R Services will close one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Oak Street and Neil Street. The closure will begin on Tuesday, April 7, and will reopen on Monday, April 13, 2026, weather permitting. During the closure, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
