In order to complete a sanitary sewer installation at 309 S. First Street, University Group and Anderson Brothers 3 will close the southbound lane of First Street between Logan Street and Marshall Street. The closure will begin on Monday, November 24, and will reopen on Monday, December 1, 2025. During the closure, northbound traffic will remain open. Southbound traffic will be detoured at Logan Street. Access will be maintained to all local properties.
