In order to perform storm sewer construction, SNC Construction will be closing Balboa Road between Dover Place and Coronado Drive. Local traffic to driveways and refuse collection may continue access from either cross street during this closure (see map). Traffic on Dover Place and Coronado Drive will remain open and unaffected by this project.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, weather permitting.
