As part of the 2025 Infrastructure Maintenance project, Feutz Contractors will be replacing pavement adjacent to the bridge over the Phinney Branch between Ivy Court and Branch Road. This work will require temporary lane closures on Mattis Avenue restricting traffic to one northbound and one southbound lane on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Access to all adjacent residences will remain open.
