On August 14, 2025, the Timberline Valley South HOA completed the removal of several common area docks in various states of disrepair. The docks were not only unsightly, but they hindered the repair of eroded shoreline along the HOA’s detention basins. HOAs are responsible for the maintenance of detention basins located within their bounds to ensure proper water runoff and prevent localized flooding. The City’s small grant program provided funds to help cover the cost of razing the docks.
