In order to complete storm sewer repairs and associated pavement patching, A&R Services has closed one eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Neil Street and Oak Street. The closure began on Monday, March 31, and will reopen by Friday, April 11, 2025, weather permitting. During the closure, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
