In order to complete storm sewer repairs and associated pavement patching, A&R Services will close one eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Neil Street and Oak Street. The closure will begin on Monday, March 31, and will reopen on Friday, April 4, 2025, weather permitting. During the closure, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
