In order to install the new brick paver carriage walk along Neil Street for the Downtown Plaza Project, A&R Services will intermittently close the left southbound lane of Neil Street between Hill Street and Main Street. The intermittent closures will begin on Monday, March 3, and will end on Monday, March 10, 2025. Closures will be limited to the hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. One lane of traffic will be maintained in this area.
