In order to install a new crosswalk, Feutz Contractors will be closing Hill Street at Neil Street as well as one lane of Neil Street between Washington Street and Church Street. The work will begin on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, and is expected to last three to four days, weather permitting. The closures will be from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day; there are no overnight closures.
