In order to perform storm sewer and pavement repairs, SNC Construction will be closing one eastbound lane of Springfield Avenue at the intersection of Westlawn Avenue. Eastbound Springfield Avenue traffic will be merged into a single lane through a short construction work zone. All travel at the intersection will remain open and unaffected by this work.
Work is scheduled to begin around 7 a.m. on Monday, June 6 and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather. Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible.
