Four City employees participated across three Coaching and Counseling Workshops between April 6 and 8. The interactive workshops were originally scheduled as in-person sessions and were successfully transitioned to online events due to the ongoing pandemic. The sessions offered the opportunity for attendees to learn more about and discuss Feedback, Coaching, and Counseling in the workplace. In addition to enhancing their own abilities, the workshop offered participants the chance to collaborate with other employees across the organization about ways to enhance Coaching and Counseling throughout the City. HR will continue to look for and provide quality training opportunities for staff utilizing alternative delivery methods to ensure the health and safety of City staff.
