In order to complete a sanitary sewer connection at 412 E. Healey Street, Wells & Wells Construction will close a portion of Healey Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street. The closure will begin on Monday, January 4, and will reopen on Monday, January 11, 2021. The 400 block of East Healey will be closed to through traffic; however, access to all local properties will remain available from Fourth Street.
