Chester Street Road Closure
(between Walnut Street and Neil Street)
In order to replace a chiller coil on the roof of the City Building, Helms Mechanical will close Chester Street between Walnut Street and Neil Street.
The closure will begin on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 6 a.m. and will reopen by 9 a.m. the same day.
