In order to perform storm sewer repairs, SNC Construction will be closing the right lane of eastbound Springfield Avenue between Mattis Avenue and Fair Street. Eastbound Springfield Avenue traffic will be merged into a single lane thru a short construction work zone. All travel at intersections will remain unaffected by this work.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Minor traffic delays may occur at the work zone. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
