Adopt A Drain Friday is here again! Join your neighbors by adopting a drain in your community to help protect the environment and keep your community beautiful. This week’s drain is named Toto and is at the corner of South James and West Healey Streets (504 S. James). While his exact age is unknown, we do know he is over 100 years old! Toto does not like being outdoors much unless the weather is perfect, as he has a fear of wind and water. He would love to have someone help him stay maintained so his drain doesn’t flood.
