Due to poor street conditions, Windsor Road from Mattis Avenue to Prospect Avenue and the Windsor Road – Prospect Avenue intersection have been selected for paving and rehabilitation work this year. The construction will primarily consist of grinding off the old surface and paving it with a layer of new asphalt. Limited areas of deteriorated pavement, concrete curb, and sidewalk will be replaced.
Vehicles should not park near the side streets during daytime hours when “No Parking” signs are posted. Residents will have access to their driveways except at short durations when the street is being paved. Work will begin May 18 and should be completed by July 24, 2020. Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures throughout the project. Paving work is scheduled to start the first of June.
