As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, the intersection of Park Avenue and James Street will be closed to vehicular traffic. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on the north side of the intersection.
The closure will begin on Monday, November 11, 2019, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
