In order to construct new storm sewer improvements, Duce Construction will close one lane of Fair Street on the north side of the intersection with Green Street.
This lane closure will alternate sides of Fair Street from the east to west lanes to allow for the crossing of the street in halves for new storm sewer pipe installation. Residents on Fair Street located north of Green Street will be allowed continuous single-lane access through the construction zone to their residence. This construction should not adversely affect travel on Green Street or on Fair Street south of the Green Street intersection.
Work is planned to begin on Monday, November 4, at 7 a.m. and be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
This work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
