As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, Stark Excavating will close the south lane of Church Street between James Street and Edwin Street. Westbound traffic on Church Street will be directed into the north lane through the construction zone.
The south lane closure will begin on Thursday, August 15, 2019, and is planned for completion on Thursday, September 26, 2019.
