In order to complete pavement patching for a water main repair, Illinois American Water and Shaw Brothers will be closing one eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Valley Road and State Street.
The closure will begin on Monday, July 15, and reopen on Friday, July 19, 2019. Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
