As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, Stark Excavating will close the north lane of Church Street between James Street and Edwin Street. Westbound traffic on Church Street will be directed into the south lane through the construction zone.
The closures listed below will also be a part of the Church Street lane closure:
• Northbound James Street will be closed to through traffic at Church Street. James Street can be accessed from the north via Washington Street or Harriet Street.
• Northbound Edwin Street will be closed to through traffic at Church Street. Edwin Street can be accessed from the north via Washington Street.
Work is planned to start on Monday, June 24, 2019, and is planned for completion on Thursday, September 26, 2019.
